What is your cancellation policy?

You are expected to reschedule or cancel sessions by providing at least 24 hours of notice by email prior to the start of the session. The first last-minute cancellation or no-show will not be counted. After that, any additional last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
